The Seventh Annual Federal Information Security Conference (FISC) is over. Our next major activity for the Colorado Springs Chapter of the Information Systems Security Association is the Fall Conference. This year our typical one-day conference has been expanded to accommodate the National ISSA Annual Meeting where the new ISSA Board will be installed. The Annual Membership Meeting will be held on October 2, after the conference for the day. We will follow with another day of conference on October 3. THAT’S A TWO-DAY CONFERENCE THIS YEAR. We will also be inviting the Denver ISSA Chapter, the Denver ISACA Chapter and the ASIS Chapters of Denver and Colorado Springs to join us at our conference, so this one will be packed. Present plans are to hold it at Colorado Technical University in Colorado Springs. Keep checking the web site for updated information. |
